  • Please visit our contact page to submit a request for an order. Currently, Talula's Kitchen operates on a micro scale, and we may not be able to fulfill all order requests. However, placing your order in advance will increase the likelihood of it being accepted.

  • You will obtain an order confirmation via email, with a second email containing a payment link. This payment must be made 7 days before the desired pickup or delivery date. You will receive a reminder for the upcoming payment via email or text, depending on your preference. If this is not paid on time, your order will not be fulfilled. 

  • Yes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of paying the payment link will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 days before the order date will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made 4 days before the order date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations cannot be made within 3 days of the order date, and the full price must be paid.

  • Yes. For orders rescheduled with more than 10 days' notice, no fee will be charged. For orders rescheduled with 7 days' notice, a 10% fee will be added. For orders rescheduled with 5 days' notice, a 15% fee will be added. Orders cannot be rescheduled with less than 5 days' notice and will result in a cancellation fee.

  • You can collect your orders at the Brentwood Country Mart (outside of Frida’s Tacos) or the Malibu Country Mart (outside of Alfred’s). Please include your desired date, location, and time in your order inquiry.

  • Yes, but only in the Los Angeles area. For deliveries in Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, a $30 delivery fee will be added. The delivery fee for other areas will be determined based on the final location.

    You can also arrange delivery through third-party services such as Uber and TaskRabbit. If you choose this option, please include it in the order inquiry form. However, note that once the pastries are no longer in the possession of a Talula’s Kitchen team member, Talula’s Kitchen is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. A photo of the items will be taken to ensure quality before being handed off.

  • Yes, however, please note that due to the small scale of the kitchen, we may not be able to accept all orders with short notice. For orders placed with less than 1 week's notice, an additional $60 fee may be added to the order.

  • Yes. All decorations, including flowers, are edible and safe for consumption. 

  • No. At this time, Talula's Kitchen only serves the Los Angeles area.

  • Certainly. You can customize your note for Talula's Kitchen for an additional fee of $1.50. Please note that the maximum word count is 250. Be sure to include this request in your order inquiry form.

  • Talula's Kitchen only accepts orders for menu items at this time.

  • For best quality, pastries should be consumed within 2-3 days and stored in an airtight container.

    Cookies, Mixed Berry Crumble, Bundt Cakes, and Brioche can be kept at room temperature.

    Tartlets, Red Velvet Mini Cakes, Mini Italian Almond Lemon Ricotta Cake, and Flourless Chocolate Cake must be refrigerated.

    Cookies, Mixed Berry Crumble, and Bundt Cakes can be frozen if tightly wrapped and stored in an airtight container for up to three months. Defrost in the oven at 350°F before consuming.

    To serve: Reheat the crumble and bundt cakes at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until warmed to your desired temperature. Allow items kept in the refrigerator to sit at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
