Orders typically process and ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $70.00 (excluding taxes).

Please note that UPS is the shipping provider, and will not deliver to PO Boxes.

We kindly ask that you inspect your cookie mix as soon as it arrives. If you find any issues—such as damage to the product or receiving the wrong mix—please contact us right away so we can work with you to correct the problem. Because our items are perishable, we’re unable to accept most returns. In the rare instance a return is approved, we’ll let you know once we’ve received and examined the product, and if eligible, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We take pride in delivering our cookie mixes on time. However, due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns. If you experience any issues—such as damaged, spoiled, or missing shipments—please reach out to us within one week of delivery so we can address your concerns promptly. We ship to the United States only, and your order will be sent according to UPS Ground shipping. Kindly note that any delivery dates are estimates.

Once your package arrives, please check that your cookie mix is sealed and fresh. We are not liable for delivery complications arising from incorrect addresses or recipients not being available at the time of delivery. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if the product quality decreases due to re-routing requests or if perishable items are left unattended or unused for too long. At Talula’s Kitchen, we’re committed to protecting the environment for future generations. That’s why our cookie mix packaging is printed using carbon-neutral HP printers and made with Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) films. We also use polymer-based inks that are free from hazardous air pollutants.

In addition, the cellophane bags containing our chocolate chips are compostable and made from plant-based materials. They’re USDA-certified biobased and FSC-certified, ensuring responsible sourcing and minimal environmental impact.
