Founded by pastry chef Talula Dempsey, Talula’s Kitchen launched in 2023 as a bespoke dessert catering and specialty pastry business that specializes in cookies, tartlets, seasonal bundt cakes and more. What began as a childhood passion evolved into a professional journey, one that took Dempsey from a home baker to earning multiple Pastry Certifications at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and London. Following her time in Europe, Dempsey honed her craft as part of the pastry team at Michelin-starred Gucci Osteria in Beverly Hills.

In 2025, Talula launched a small-batch signature Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix crafted with premium chocolate and organic ingredients. Each cookie delivered a chewy texture with a crispy edge, serving up deliciousness and joy with every bite. The mix was available for a limited time before Talula paused production to focus on a new chapter: culinary school in London.

Currently based in the UK, she’s pursuing a diploma in plant-based cuisine and patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. This phase of her journey reflects a deepening passion for sustainability, holistic wellness, and the belief that food can be both indulgent and nourishing. Alongside her studies, she develops unique recipes with nutritional benefits—focusing on high-protein, vitamin-rich, and minimally processed foods for brands. She also provides recipe consulting and food trend insights to support brand strategy, creates and films recipe content for digital media, and writes in-depth culinary content tailored for social media audiences.
