My friend and I were initially hesitant about trying PYT San after hearing it served a fusion of Japanese and Mexican Cuisine, as we wondered if the two would complement each other. However, our skepticism was quickly dispelled once we tasted the dishes offered. The plates were an explosion of flavor, each one showcasing the best of both worlds. I found myself experimenting and even putting some of their scrumptious guacamole on top of the sushi I ordered. The ambiance was playful and energetic, with upbeat music to match. Not to mention, the prices were affordable, making this a great spot for a night out with friends. Be sure to make reservations, especially during the busy weekends.

I couldn't resist checking out Bloom in Madrid after seeing it on Tiktok. The entire restaurant is adorned in pink with stunning flower walls, making it the perfect backdrop for any Instagram shot. To enter, you walk through a chic store and down a staircase covered in flowers, which only adds to the overall ambiance. The drink menu is playful and the Sex Bomb cocktail is a must-try. As for the food, the Buddha Bowl was both satisfying and beautifully presented in a shell bowl. Not only is Bloom a feast for the eyes, but it also offers light and tasty fare. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

If you're an açai lover like me, then Almalibre Açai House is an absolute must-visit spot. The Acai bowls here are simply phenomenal, and I can confidently say that I've never had one better in my life. What sets them apart is the incredibly flavorful and crumbly Paçoca, a type of peanut candy that is used as a topping. It's so good that my friend and I couldn't resist buying bags of it to bring back home with us, but unfortunately we ended up finishing them before our flight touched down. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, they have different bowl sizes to cater to your appetite. Although we only tried the acai bowls and juices, the rest of the menu looked tempting and aromatic. Trust me when I say that you won't regret visiting this place. And the best part? No reservations are required!
